In many cases development of a technological demonstrator is required in a narrow time window. Our team specializes in such challenges – we own various equipment required for such tasks. In our lab we have a CNC milling machine, 3D printers, measurement and soldering equipment, spectrum and bus analisers, sniffers and many others. We are constantly in touch with large laboratories with specialized equipment like vector analisers, EMC and climatic chambers, vibration stands and very fast acquisition systems.
We cooperate only with high quality suppliers and subcontractors. We contract automated assembly, PCB fabrication, mechanical housings including their professional design. all this with short well predictable processing time and fair prices.
Embedded software development
Our team consists of experienced programmers having a variety of projects in theirs portfolio. Projects for medical, military, production industry as well as targeting customer market. Most common programing languages used by our team is C++ and C, but we have also programmed in python, C#, LabView and others. We can easily connect to any code you are using now.
Space industry projects
In cooperation with Space Reaserch Centre Polish Academy of Siences we have made ground used devices and electronics for instruments send into space. Developed in accordance with the strict standards eg. ECSS-Q-ST-70-12C.
Micropocessor based systems
We use microprocessors in most of our projects. From simple devices for control, through data processing units, to large processors capable of dealing with high speed communication, visual interfaces and operating system simultaneously. Our large experience includes processors of various manufacturers: ST Microelectronics STM32, Nordic Semiconductors nRF51 and nRF52, Silicon Labs EFR32, Microchip AVR and PIC families. We know how to create simple interfaces like I2C, SPI and fast buses like USB, ethernet, HDMI, SATA, with respect to EMI and protection matters.
Embedded Linux and RTOS
Whenever projects is very advanced and microprocessor seems not powerful enough or an immediate demonstrator is required, we use modules based on Linux OS. Our developers have and experience in embedded linux programming. They have created low level drivers, configured linux core and developed applications based on C, C++, python, both command line and with nice comfortable visual user interfaces.
Ultra efficient battery powered systems
Where battery is involved we take care to optimize supply design. We use low voltage components, exploit processor’s low power modes, control supply of the peripherals. The most efficient DC/DC converters are used to achieve the best possible system performance. Most commonly we use Texas Instruments and Linear Technologies solutions chips and design converters in-house.
We have already designed and produced “classic” USB supplied battery chargers, customized mains chargers and wireless charging systems compatible with any chargers available on the market.
Internet of Things (IoT)
We have created many devices targeting home electronics and medical market. Many of them communicated with a global Internet though WiFi or Bluetooth Low Energy, using intermediary devices or directly. We base on high-end solutions and keep track of IoT concept development. Nevertheless the main concern in our projects are communication security and long battery operation.
Printed Circuit Board development
Our team includes specialists in PCB design having experience in multi layer boards and elastic rigid-flex PCBs. When designing boards we always take care about the signal integrity issues and EMC related concerns. We always design keeping in mind the EMC certification has to be passed. Considering future large volume production we always optimize number of layers, PCB type and organization of parts even when only prototyping.
We work on modern software – Altium Designer that allows development of electronic systems with optimal quality and time ratio. Every device designed by our team includes a mechanical documentation – 2D layout and 3D visualization perfect for cooperation with mechanical team.
We use our own library with over 2000 elements, that includes electric symbols used in schematics, footprints and 3D models of each element.
Medical industry designs
We have worked for start-ups and well-established companies within the medical industry. We have created prototypes of low power wearable monitoring devices that communicated using wireless BLE technology. We have experience in development of electrosurgical devices that are produces and used in the whole world. We prepared high power designs and resistant to interference control electronics for them.
Bluetooth Low Energy
Our team developed many devices communication with mobiles. We prefer Bluetooth 4.x technology for such tasks. Nordic Semiconductors (nRF52832, nRF52840), Silicon Labs (BGM123) and Texas Instruments (CC2510) processors are perfect for the job and we can do a lot using them.
Analog signal paths
Based on our experience we are able to design advanced signal paths. Our engineers accomplished projects of precise preamplifiers and ultra low noise amplifiers, that worked in extremely wide frequency range from DC do GHz. We have designed high power paths for electrosurgery with power reaching single kilowatts or voltages of few kilovolts. All projects are prepared with respect to EMC norms according to which they can be certified.
